I have had the pleasure of working with Kady Cravens in a professional capacity for the past year in her position as Director of Compliance for CMH Brands. While she was with our company Kady lead the development, processes and SOPs for all of our compliance and logistics activities. Ms. Cravens is very efficient with preparing paperwork and documents; her timing is impeccable when delivering results on the Computer. She is a master of entering information on the Metrc platform. Her speed and accuracy on the Metrc system is unsurpassed and produces impressive results! Her help with the Metrc platform has helped our cultivation achieve accuracy and compliance. My experience with Kady Cravens has been beneficial, to say the least.  As a burgeoning, six-month-old company my METRC situation was getting a bit messy.  However, after a day of training and counting inventory I very much feel confident in my companies’ ability to manage and use METRC in a compliant manner.

I first worked with Kady at my recreational and medical cultivation facility.  Kady came through and performed a compliance audit.  She assisted in completing in all necessary adjustments to ensure my facility was in alignment with all Colorado rules and regulations.  I then hired her to help me open my retail and medical marijuana store.

Kady implemented a record keeping system helping us to record all activity from seed to sale.  Her ability to create applicable standard operating procedures as well as her trainings have given my employees the knowledge and confidence to excel in each of their positions.  When dealing with employee theft Kady performed an inventory reconciliation and theft report that I later submitted to the Marijuana Enforcement Division.  An investigator came through one week later to collect further information in regards to the incident.  They were satisfied with the report and all inventory matched perfectly to our State-Seed-to-Sale System upon MED’s arrival.
